Looking To Hire / EPOS Food Order Module

I wish to develop a small web appliction that will run on Mobile devices to allow a waiter or waitress to take orders in a Restaurnat environment. The application will connect to our existing full EPOS system.
I must be able to maintain and develop the application when the project ends.
