Hi All:  My site is working fine via Chrome but suddenly stops being responsive when using my iPhone. If I logout and go back in, it's fine for a short time and then gets unresponsive again.   It's probably got more to do with the phone than Nettalk, but thought I'd see if there were any suggestions.

Thanks,

Jim

Many thanks Stu!  Very helpful.  I can see several uses for this.

NM.  Just found it in the source of the report.  Will handle it there.

Sorry.

Maybe I'm putting the code in the wrong embed point in the report procedure, but I'm not getting the pdf named as I'd like or expect it to be.

My hunch is that it may have to happen in the webhandler...but I'm not sure where.

Thanks.

Hi All:  I'm using the Tracker PDF tools to produce pdf's that get attached to emails from the webserver.  Having the $$$ in front of the pdf file looks suspicious to some so I'd like to rename the files before they are sent.  Where is the best place to do that, please?

Thanks,

Jim

Disregard.  Exported to .txa and imported under new name.  Works perfectly.  Not sure why that happens with certain demo apps.

Any luck on this?  I've hit the same roadblock.  It creates Web11_BC.clw but is looking for Web11BC.clw.

Thanks.

Hi All:  Been away from this for awhile -- so my apologies if this has been covered lately (searched the posts but didn't find anything).

I have a login procedure that works fine in the web-browser on the desktop but the Login (Save) Button does nothing when I use it on my phone.  Tried hitting Go, Done, clicking the button, etc.  Nothing is reaching the webserver app.

Thanks,

Jim

Cool.  Thanks Bruce.

Hi All:  There have been many changes in NTWS since I had to deal with this and am wondering what is the best way to access images that are not stored beneath the app folder.

In NT 7, I added a prefix to the Image on the display field, then watched for that prefix in the Webhandler SendFile embed point.  If the request included my prefix ('securedownload\') it would look for the Image in the C:\ImageFolder and send it to the client browser.

In NT7, under Upload Form SaveFile Embed,  I used, Copy(p_web.GetValue('pho:name'), glo:ImagePath) to store the image.

Are these still the way to handle this?  Or, is this handled in a better way in NT 9?

Thanks,

Jim

Web Server - Ask For Help / Re: Error -73 Could not Load SSL Dlls

The problem has been sorted.  A mixed bag of dll's -- per Bruce's suggestion on the UG.  Once I got all the files with the right versions, it worked.

Web Server - Ask For Help / Error -73 Could not Load SSL Dlls
« on: April 27, 2016, 05:59:17 PM »
Hi All:  I'm hoping this is something simple.  I am rewriting an old C6 Nettalk App in C10 (latest NT release).  Got everything working on the local machine.  Set up my own .key and .crt files.  Switched the server to TLS and now I get the above error every time the server app is run.  Can't connect to it of course.  I checked for the necessary .dlls from the Clarion\Accessory\Bin folder and those appear to be correct.  Not sure what to look for next.  Any suggestions appreciated.

The full Errorcode is:

Error = Unable to Listen on TCP Port
The error number was -73 which means SSL Could Not Load [SSL DLLs [LIBEAY32.DLL, LIBSSL32.DLL, SSLEAY32.DLL, MSVCR120.DLL]

Thanks,

Jim
