Title: Using "Bottle" Theme Breaks Mobile Mode

To duplicate:

1.  Compile Web2 Example (Basic with Menu) with 'bottle' as the default theme
2.  Try to run in mobile mode.

thanks - in the meantime you can copy the mobile style files etc from one of the other themes into bottle.
