No matching Prototype

Hi
Trying to compile netTalk Apps netMaps example
I get  several errors "No matching prototype 
WinAlert(WE::WM_MOUSEWHEEL, WE::WM_MOUSEWHEEL ,PostSpecial , net.Region)"

What to do please

I think you need WinEvent in the app.
