Background image, how to

Hi, how to add a background image to all the web app and how to set it for a form or a browse?

probably easiest to do via CSS. see background-image property.

I was trying using F12 but all is binded to a class and it does not work.
May be changing the class is the only way?

Unfortunately I don't understand what you mean.
Perhaps you need to narrow down the scope of your original question, and then we can move forward from there?
