Error - Restarting Send/Receive

When I FTP upload procedure in info screen I see this message

Error - Restarting Send/Receive

but transfer is Ok. What does this message mean and does this message have to bother me?

I'd have to see the context Djordje. Perhaps you can post a screenshot?
