Secure FTP uploads

Can an upload to a secure FTP site be done with NetTalk these days?  FTPS server.

There is however a simple (free) workaround - use SafeTP to secure the FTP connection - http://scottmcpeak.com/safetp/.

Sorry, won't work for me.  I have potentially hundreds of sites that I would have to have this software installed on.
