Title: problem sending email using the emailsend control template

morning,
Im using the email send control template to send emails from my Nettalk 8.71 app.

This is working with a gmail account I have set up.
smtp.gmail.com
PORT 465
EmailSSL 1
Email Start TLS 0

The template sends email from my app and through a simple network I have ,as expected

My problem is that the email will not send on a clients setup using the same version of my software.
Im supposing there is a setting somewhere in their security preventing emails to be sent?

help appreciated..

Missing the file CARoot.PEM
Once downloaded issue sorted.
